In short this hotel does not live up to the standards for the Choice Hotels chain. Very shoddy, services, and amenities shown are not there. Staff was unhelpful, with the exception of a couple of the desk staff. Used reward points for part of stay, and had to have corporate assistance to get the checkout process cleared up.
