Don't be fooled by the pictures on the web..I was. This is in the ghetto of Rome, anti-american graffitti all over buildings. Rooms were awful, smelled of smoke, extremely noisy, bathroom in disrepair, remote for TV did not work. We complained and asked to be moved, hotel was full and they woudl not accomodate us. THE EMPLOYEES AT THE HOTEL WERE NOT WELL MANNERED, THE ROOME NEEDED MAINTENANCE, THE SAFETY BOXES DIDN'T WORK, THE SHOWERS HAD LEAKS THAT THREW WATER ALL OVER THE BATHROOM, NO DOOR OR SHOWER CURTAINS IN BATHTUB, TOWELS HAD HOLES, ROOMS WERE NOT CLEAN AND THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY LOW QUALITY.

This hotel advertised many things it didn't have: i.e. gift shop, bathrobes, alarm clock radio and iron/ironing board. It also advertised air-conditioning. The control was on the wall but neither the heat or air-conditioning would come on. The hotel advertised airport shuttle for 45 euros. The shuttle was an auto with hired driver that cost 47 ...
