Best of Everything !!!!If you like a covered porch, if you like a big living room with a comfortable couch, if you like a bed you can spend all day in, if you like to walk only a block to restaurants and business, this place is for you. I have stayed several places in Charleston and this has been by far the best of it all.

Pet Friendly!Was on a quiet street within walking distance to plenty of attractions. Beautiful terrace and rooms. A very comfortable atmosphere. Would absolutely stay again. Simply the best.The location was great. The service was outstanding. Wonderful attention to detail and great staff.
However, you really need to look at the pictures and read the room descriptions. We rented the entire inn for a family getaway. One of the rooms is very, very small. (But wonderful.) Great Get-a-way!What a great location! The rooms are beautiful. We stayed in the State Room and it was huge.
The service was very friendly. And yes, the B&B is near East Bay and you are staying downtown...so there is street noise. However, all the other attributes out way that.
We used to live in D.C. and we found it a very "quite" place to stay.
