this place is totally nasty, filthy. the pictures of this motel are from when it was first built. unless you just want to see for yourself i wouldn't try it.

This is the ONLY place to stay in Blanding, Utah if you want neat and clean, with a varied choice of room options, at a reasonable price. Staff was friendly and helpful, quick to respond to any problem. Breakfast was the best of the complimentary "Continental" breakfasts I've had in a long time. Fresh fruit, fresh baked waffles, ...

If you have to go to Blanding do not stay here.
Very worn tired hotel. Owners must not care The trash containers outside the entrance were over flowing when we arrived and when we left.
Room was shabby, furniture was abused. Luckily we were there in March so air conditioning was not an issue.
Way overpriced for what it is.
