We got snowed in and the lady at the desk was so helpful. My daughter and niece and granddaughter got held up in the storm 41 miles east and it took them three hours to get here because of wrecks on the interstate. She helped me to get a hold of them and the Hwy patrol. She was so very helpful. I was very glad that they employ such nice and helpful people. Again thank you!

Avoid this motel....not clean. The town is the armpit of Wyoming. Rooms are tough to get because of the boom there. Travel a bit further and stay in Saratoga..nicer town..nicer motels.

Manager would NOT honor printed coupon even though rooms were available. Is this legal??(Another staff member told me they WERE available). Manager seemed to have an attitude.
