My husband and I loved everything about this inn! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have been refurbished and are all so lovely and are decorated with colonial accents Our room and bath were so clean - it was such a pleasure to stay there! (The bed was very comfortable, too!)
It was a wonderful inn. Debbie and Nick are great hosts. The staff was very helpful. We had a beautiful room (#2) It is just like the Web site photo. The parking is easy and the inn is convenient to the Village shopping.
This inn has the BEST breakfasts. We were there 7 days and all the breakfasts were great. With the variety of guests that ...
i cant stress enough how great this inn is. my family and i have been going since 2001. we have yet to find a single con amongst the huge amount of pros for this inn. first of all, the inn is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the pretty and quaint shopping area known as bareskin neck. if there is one thing that really stands out among the inn ...

My husband and I spent our Anniversary at Seven South Street Inn, and had a thoroughly wonderful experience! Our room was romantic and wonderfully appointed. The breakfast was better than we expected (even though we read it was great.) It was sooo good, we ate it all and ended up skipping lunch. The inn is also a short walk to Bear Skin Neck, where all the quaint shops and galleries are, and to a small quiet beach. I will definitely go back.

Greatest inn in Rockport!! -repeat guest
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/14/08
This bed and breakfast is one of the greatest my family and I have been to. We have stayed in various inns in Rockport, and this is by far the best. We have chosen to stay with Debbie for seven straight years. She is kind, cooperative, and I haven't found an inn with better breakfasts than her. The meal is four courses; fruit, a gourmet toast ...
My husband and I have visited other Bed and Breakfast establishments before and NONE have held a candle to the Seven South Street Inn! Debbie and Nick make you feel like your family. I even insisted on staying there on our wedding day a few years ago. Debbie was so helpful and offered to steam the wrinkles out of my wedding dress, veil, and my ...
I went with my inlaws, husband and kids and found inkeeper Debbie to be the rudest person I have come across in quite some time. The first morning she thouroughly embarrassed my MIL with a long discourse of why she shouldn't have borrowed spoons infront of the whole table of guest and it continued on if you ordered incorrectly, didn't sign ...
Deb and Nick have changed my mind about staying in a B&B. Their inn is warm, clean, inviting and they make you feel like family from the moment you step foot in their door. The surroundings are beautiful, decorated to every detail and quiet all within walking distance to town. Breakfast is a special treat and we will return in a heartbeat for another relaxing weekend real soon.

We were in town on New Year's Eve on the spur of the moment. When we called the Inn, they found room for us! It was beautiful and they even took the time to find us a place to eat dinner. The breakfast was amazing, and the owners are wonderful. We can't wait to come back and spend more time there. Thank you so much!

BEST B&B IN ROCKPORT MA
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/23/06
The Innkeepers Debbie and Nick are the most warm and welcoming people that I feel like they are my family away from home. I loved their inn so much that I insisted on staying there this past summer on our wedding day in July! I don't know how anyone could ever be unhappy with their stay at the Seven South Street Inn. Debbie was so wonderful ...
