The rooms were visibly moldy and smelled of mildew. When we complained, we were given a can of industrial "deodorizer." You could not open the windows; they had been screwed shut. The interior windows were so filthy on the outside you could not see through them.
The management offered us little support, and because we had paid ahead of time, we were stuck.
Pay a little more and stay someplace a bit cleaner.

It was understaffed--they only had one person running the spa AND hotel check-in. Dirty, moldy rooms and run-down spa facilities. Yuck. There are many nice spas in the area, so give this one a miss.

I called to make reservations. I told receptioninst that I was a returning customer. I felt rushed and uneasy talking to her. My initial stay was alright. Place looks cheap.pool looks dirty to me.

I have used the spa facilites for about the last 3 years, and it has only gone down hill. The front staff has the absolute worst customer service skills of any spa/lodging I've been to. The manager was not willing to help, rude and un-trained in her social skills. The hotel itself was nice, so were the massueses.

They ruined my family reunion. We placed three separate reservations for 2 nights and somehow they ALL became reservations for 1 night. We squeezed into fewer rooms for the second night and they had the gall to charge us more.

When my sister-in-law told them about a clogged toilet, they offered her a plunger.

Please stay away and help them go out of business.

Maybe we were expecting something more romantic when we signed up for a couple's spa package at a place where lodging was offered as well for a decent price.
