I had a BAD experience with a Comfort Inn in Franklin, NC. (bed bugs). Comfort Inn and all their hotels have scared me from sleeping in the beds. I slept in the chair the first night, then the tub the next. Needs updated for sure! very old looking. the one in Franklin was much cleaner but looked what happened to me! The hotel itself was ok, needs a remodel. cant say much, didnt really sleep. nice music in the halls and good coffee in the morning.

The lobby is very nice which is deceptive. Our room was a big dissappointment. We were in town for our son's wedding. There was nowhere in our room to hang my gown or my husband's tux. The cabinet for hanging accommodates only short hanging things. The room was in bad need of updating. It had a bad odor, the shower wall was damaged ...
