Hidden TreasureSherwood Hills Resort is a hidden treasure--one of the best kept mountain resort secrets. The location is green and serene. The rooms were gorgeous, even the standard rooms has excellent features. Well-apointed with a first-class Spa. The hotel staff was very professional and friendly. Great location, less than great serviceThe hotel is nestled in the mountains in a beautiful location. The service was lacking, however. When I arrived they had no confirmation of my reservation and I spent 45 mins. at odds with the desk person trying to resolve the problem.
