Although in a lovely location and very convenient to the highway the reservation staff were quite un-civil.

Inquiries were met with ingratiating impertinence. It certainly deterred my desire to choose this hotel for a stay in Hampton Roads as behaviour from the counter staff speaks of a general poorness in quality of employee.

The course has had a new sprinkler system installed, all new cart paths and the food is excellent. It is a great place to have weddings with approximately 17 hotel rooms for guest. Look for this course to be the best bang for your buck this spring!!!

The whole course was very poorly taken care of, has the potential to be a very nice course because of the set up. Half of the greens are "temporary greens", which is just fairway with a 3 ft. radius cut shorter. I will probably never golf there again.

Kiln Creek used to be a nice course, but over the past few years the condition of the course is rapidly degrading. Costs more than it's worth. Nice neighborhood surrounding it, though.
