I began my stay at the guesthouse by receiving a key that was for the wrong room! This mistake took over fifteen minutes to correct. The room was small. We liked the location, and the value for the price. The front desk was able to answer all of our questions, and guide us to various locations. We will stay there again.

The Newbury Guest House charged us for a night that we never stayed in the B&B and refused to give us a refund! This B&B is nice but I'd never stay there again after this.

Great place, like staying in a B&B with a private bath. What a location. Service impeccable. Shopping restaurants right out the frint door. Great street action on Newbury. Short walk to Fenway. Great breakfast each morning (included)
