cons: can't see beach, dirty room, worst bed EVER, no parking, bad AC, dark dank rooms and on and on.... the rest of these folks must either be at a different hotel or in the main home because the motel part is an absolute pit. I wouldn't stay there for FREE.

Loved the proximity to the beach. Just a few steps from the hotel. Stay in one of the motel rooms and you have just gotten one of the best deals in Florida. It is located in a very quiet area and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We stayed in one of the antique hotel rooms and it was absolutely beautiful. The husband and wife who were doing check in's were lovely and very accomodating. We drove for hours looking for somewhere somewhat secluded and with a view of the ocean. The Topaz will be on our regular stop and stay list for our weekend getaways!!
