This place was horrible and filthy. Besides the nasty truck stop my husband and I had the misfortune to be stuck at one time, this place ranks right up there with the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The best part of staying at the Seagate hotel was the friendly staff, and location. I was attending a convention at the Seagate Center, so it only made sense to stay at the attached Hotel. The staff was very happy to help in whatever requests were made, and the room was very clean. The top floor dining room was a nice expeience, because you got a wonderful city view at almost every table. I will be staying there again in the near future.

Room was vacuumed once in 3 days & we had to do it. We had to get clean towles from the front desk ourselves.
We requested an iron which was delivered. 15 min. latter there was a knock on the door requesting the iron back.
The stench of cigarette smoke was awful.
Elevators did not always work.

The best thing about the Seagate is that it is attached to Seagate Convention Center, being that we attended a Convention there. If you're expecting the same room decor you'd get in a $200/night hotel, then go to a $200/night hotel. Our room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The pool was great and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Yes, the room decor is a bit outdated but as long as the place is clean and friendly, I am happy.
