Nice place, not a great neighborhood.Likes: Room was updated and quiet, desk always staffed with friendly employees, breakfast plentiful, delicious and fresh. Restaurant next door, Drake Diner, is excellent.
Dislikes: We were approached by transients several times in front of the hotel each day of our stay (3 days). Even though it's across the street from the University, it ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Great staff and awesome new look!Their new look is amazing! The staff has always been excellent, especially those managers. I, and could be speaking on behalf of many other guests, feel this hotel would be nothing without the property managers.

Holiday Inn at DrakeWe've stayed at the Holiday Inn at Drake more than 20 times, and each visit has been a joy. The desk, always manned; the rooms always clean; our questions and requests always answered; the management knowledgeable and welcoming......and much much more. It's a great place, and so much more pleasant than a big high rise in the middle of downtown traffic...and yet it's only a couple of minutes away from everything.You did not find this review helpful.5 of 6 Yahoo!
