I reserved a room at the Briarwood based on the reviews I read on this site. The reviews were impressive so now I'm wondering if there's a different Briarwood Inn located in Longmont. The following is a list of what was wrong with the Briarwood:

1. Mildewy smelling hallway (probably from the hot tub)

Just wanted to say how glad I am that I chose Briarwood for my recent stay in Longmont. I was pleasantly surprised to find a very clean, oversized room and bathroom, a very comfortable bed, desk, table with chairs, 2 comfortable sitting chairs and other amenities seldom provided by other motels. Thanks for being so personable and accommodating to me during my stay.

I travel 48 weeks out of the year and was pleasantly surprised when I came across this unique inn!! Extremely comfortable beds! I enjoyed the nice breakfast in the mornings on the patio. Room was very clean and comfortable stocked with lots of little extras,(I especially enjoyed the chocolates)

There was an obvious desire to please--providing anything that should be available in a room. Maid service was slightly inconsistent in providing coffe cups, towels, etc., but corrections were prompt--and because it is a small hotel, repsonses were prompt and personal.
