The hotel was relatively easy to find after you had sussed Bilbao. The reception was warm and courteous and the adjacent parking with lift to all floors, very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and air-conditioned.

Very clean and confortable. Close to all the interesting places of the city like the congress hall and museums.
Very profesional staff.
I think it's a very recomendable place to go.
Restaurant is OK, for us it was cheap and we had a lot to eat!!
Parking 14€, could be cheaper, but ok.
I will recomend it to my friends.
