I usually stay at this hotel chain because I have never had a problem until now. The room was in need of repair. The wallpaper was peeling, and the paint was also peeling. The tissue dispenser in the bathroom was broken. The cleanliness of the room was less than adequate. The iron in the room had a large brown stain on it so I was forced to ...

If being close to the airport is important, this is an acceptable choice. The sitting area has no window but this hotel met our needs for a comfortable well equipped accomodation.
Wished we could have spent more time here. Didn't get to use any of the ammenities. My daughter was flying into GRR on a late flight, so we booked a room at Amerisuites because home was 2 hours away and we needed 3 beds. Do to storm delays she finally arrived after midnight on a Thursday. We got back to the hotel about 1am Friday. After ...
My daughter had a basketball tournament in Grand Rapids we all decided on the AmeriSuites Hotel. The service was very poor we reserved all our rooms on the same floor and my Family got put on another floor do to Smoking preference (I do not smoke) and they tried to tell me I did when I told them about the mix up they were very rude about it and then ...
Quite a deal for the money- quiet, very clean, microwave, kitchen sink, mini-fridge in the suite, 2 TV's and a generous amount of space. Didn't have much contact with the staff, but when i did, they were helpful and polite.
Breakfast was also more than expected- not just "continental"...eggs, waffles - and a comfortable place to eat.
The rooms were a nice size, and had a foldout sofa so you could relax in an area by yourself if you chose to do so. The staff was friendly and the location was great. The prices are good, you get your money's worth.
