  • Averageish hotel
    By penguinhead, 02/13/08
I stayed here on business in February of 2008, and it was adequate though in no way special. I don't know whether the staff speak English since I had someone running interference for me most of the time. When something was broken in my room, they sent a worker right up and offered me a different room.

Internet access is available, though not ...

I stayed with my family in Oct. 2007. Some of the reviews are not true or outdated. The buffet at the hotel is very nice. The is broadband internet in all the rooms. There is a Springs Room Theater inside the hotel. Good neighbor hotel shuttle service to Tokyo Disneyland. Airport limousine bus service, laundry service, massage, all in all great hotel services. English speaking staff if asked.

  • Springs a Winner!

The natural mineral hot springs are a wonderful experience for the body and mind. The rroms are traditionally tight, but clean and well kept. I especially recommend the massage.

    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/10/07
The service is awful - almost no English is spoken and many of the staff are just plain rude. The location is good for this area, but that in no way makes up for the rudeness of the staff.

  • Good enough
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/06/05
Clean (though perhaps smoky), new, modern Japanese hotel. No high speed internet access, aimed at the more budget-minded traveler (vs. the Makuhari Prince, for example) - price may be high vs. 'budget-minded', because I stayed with a locally-negotiated corporate rate.

Staff speaks enough English to get by, but not enough to have a ...

  • Mediorcre at best
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/22/04
    Good stuff:

The vicinity to the Makuhari station was very nice - just walk across the street and board the JR Keiyo line to Tokyo. It's also an easy walk to the Makuhari Messe. The Seaside Park is a nice place to run in the morning. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel and do some shopping - but don't expect to find much ...
