My son woke to find bed bugs crawling on him! After we'd killed 4 more in the bed, the house keeping staff came and took away the sheets. The staff at the front desk tried to tell us they were lady bugs, until we mentioned we still had one up in the room. Stage west hotel is the place to Go.The service was Excellent!The Pool was nice but the taste of water in the pool I don't want to talk about.We have a Famiy of Six and there's still lots of space to move around in the room.

We had a wonderful two night weekend stay. The check in was very friendly and quick. Our room was ready and very clean. It was nice being able to still find a smoking room available. The buffet at the dinner theatre was fabulous. Everything was very hot. The show (Guy and Dolls) was great. The only complaint I would have about this night was ...

Excellent value. This was our third visit for New Year's Eve, and we weren't disappointed. The beds are extremely comfortable, the room ample to have a visit with friends, and the food in all buffets was superb.
It must have been very busy in the hotel, or they were short of staff. Something spilled outside the room was never cleaned, and room service trays were left in the hall longer than overnight - from 3 PM the day before.

Good hotel... We love it! The rooms were HUGE and the training room was faboulous, it is also very clean there!
