This hotel has a choice location but is obviously understaffed and provides hit and miss service. No bell service available for a 10.00 pm arrival. Concierge desk never staffed. The Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort and Conference Center is great. Especially those stunningly attractive Security boys....BYAH! Also, Then pool is often full of hotties, and again, the Security guys....Better than Italy.

I loved this hotel - it was one of the nicest experiences I have had. Going during the off season was the best value as it is over priced at full price, but very good value when the prices are not $300 per nite.

Great pools, nice to have fridge in the room to have a few drinks or snacks that weren't from the restaurant - which is pricey.

Fabulous gym. Great convention facility. Great location on the waterfront.

The ambience, rooms, facilities and even booking our stay were excellent.There was nothing for us to dislike about our stay.

The pleasant walks along the well manicured lakefront were an added bonus. If we have one complaint it would be the price of drinks in the hotel being approx. 20% above market prices, There is however a pub attached to the hotel where this may not be the case.

All in all this has been one of our best hotel experiences

Stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with a lake view. Everything was exceptional. The spa is top-notch, the gym well equipped. Gracious service everywhere, from the bellmen to check-out. Especially enjoyed the BBQ area - met other guests while grilling. Tried all 3 restaurants adjacent to the resort, and liked them all. Great people-watching, boating. We trade weeks quite a bit, and this is by far the most elegant placed we've stayed.

I loved it, very clean beautiful, just an amazing hotel! It has a nice view of the lake, and the kids will have a great time!
