Me and my family stayed here in 2004, we absolutly loved it and are coming back next month. We cant wait!!! We have always stayed on the east side because its very secluded yet close to all of Pigeon Forge's attractions. It was beautiful, and we loved the hot tub, jacuzzi and over-all atmosphere. The cabin that we chose was sold, so we were assigned another cabin. This happened three times, but the last time we weren't told about the change. So we arrived to discover we had been moved once again. The cabin was filthy and there was urine on the bathroom floor. The staff was unconcerned and nothing was done to remedy the situation. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. I will never stay here again.

I am very displeased with this resort. I planned my honeymoon for the Smokey Mountains to get away from everything and relax. I spent hours choosing the perfect cabin that was labeled "very secluded." This my 2nd most favorite place to go (first being the beach). Each log cabin we have rented (on the east side) has been absolutely out of this world. Jacuzzi, hot tub, specific themed cabins, clean, etc. The pool is a multi-tiered, beautifully landscaped area with a waterfall. You must, must make it a point to visit Hidden Mtn. Near Gatlinburg and Dollywood...just the best.

Extremely clean, staff very friendly and helpful! In a beautiful location. No other cabins could compare, inside and out was unbelievely beautiful. Would recommend for anyone visiting the Smokeys!
