The Shangri-La will always do what it can to please you during your stay. I have enjoyed every visit there.

i was just in shenzhen this past summer (2007) and the shangri-la was just the most beautiful hotel. The people were so helpful and nice. It was clean and the food was good. The best thing was the location. It was so convenient: right next to the bus station and the train station. It was also near "dongmen" which is the biggest shopping district in the city.

The Shangri-La name never seems to disappoint, regardless of the city in China. Their Shenzhen hotel is marked by beautiful rooms and great service (both for personal needs and for conferences).
