Best Place in San Diego bay areaI Really liked The Manchester Grand Hyatt, although it was alittle noisy in the early morning and late night with trains going by and blowing their horns.
Great view, no balconies.

We relaxed...at The Hyatt.The Hyatt Manchester Grand was overall a great stay in the most beautiful city in America. The sweeping views of the bay were incredible from our room.

Beautiful hotel...Pricey!I was originally scheduled to stay at this hotel for 3 nights but am leaving after the 1st...Don't get me wrong it's a nice hotel to stay at for a business exec that works out of an open checkbook. From my understanding the room rates while i was here were $279 a night...the federal gov't rate was $129 so i saved quite a bit but this ...3 of 4 Yahoo! Awesome Harbor ViewsI liked the old world "lobby" look with the modern amenities. This is my second stay in two years at this locale. The close proximity to the convention center appeals to me immensely. I really liked the View from the Hyatt. We Stayed on the 21st floor and stayed in a King sized Bed and the room was just a king room. Not worth it!!Great location, walking distance to the Convention Center, but the room that we got was not worth the money we paid for. The view was lousy and the windows were dirty. Grand in StatureMy wife and I recently stayed at the Manchester Grand Hyatt. We found the hotel to be visually stunning. Because of its proximity to the airport and easy access to the downtown business district, the Manchester is particularly suited for business travellers. A Relax for VacationersI stayed at the first tower of Hyatt Regency at San Diego Bay in the summer of 1996. Nice place to sleep. I am recommending this to tourists whenever they decide going there.
