Hotels best Asset is that it is right in the middle of everything in Vieux Quebec. It is in the upper town and only 5-10 minutes walk to Chateau Frontenac. With easy access to bars, cafes and shopping. Had a nice intimate dinner in their restaurant. Breakfast is served buffet style with a wide variety of items from hot to cold. The rooms were ample, clean and well kept. The people who work were very warm and accommodating.

We had 3 nights here as part of a package including rail travel (visiting relatives in Toronto).
Great location within walking distance of the rail station and all the shops and restaurants of the old town.
Our room was large, well furnished and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Lovely pool in the basement with excellent changing facilities. Highly recommended.

The people were very accomodating. Most of them spoke perfect English and the rooms were beautiful.

We stayed here for two nights, and the service was great. We loved the location, and the retaurant (the fancier one, not the bistro) was excellent.
My only gripe is that the beds in the standard rooms are very uncomfortable. We seriously considered sleeping in the car, since at least the seasts are cushioned. We did not get any sleep the first ...

Our stay here was a terrific value for the money. The hotel was simply lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and warm. The atmosphere of the hotel was one of simple elegance. I recommend getting a larger room than standard. We stayed in a grand luxury room. I saw a standard room and it was tiny. At least get a deluxe.
