I went to visit my son who was on leave from Iraq and chose the Holiday Inn. The staff was very friendly and even addressed me by name during my stay. The rooms are large with what the manager said is new bedding and new carpet. The hotel is located conveniently in the middle of downtown so we were able to walk to dinner and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

great experience. we stayed for whole 2 weeks and had a room that was close to the freeway but we could not hear nor see the freeway since the back of the hotel was covered with a wall, hundreds of plants and flowers and also i guess because the windows were completely sound-proof. the hotel was also in the middle of the beautiful downtown san ...

Great service, nice and fully equipped rooms, free internet connection, simple but good food and the location was perfect (shops, beach etc.). Only problem was the weather, so we couldn't go to the beach or for a walk. But we would go there anytime again.
