I've stayed at this hotel a few times and a few things I like best are the service - these folks go the extra mile to make you happy - and it's a true SoBe experience. From the waterfall wall in the lobby, small but very comfy rooms, one block from the main drag, it's a great little place. If you want a boutique hotel experience, ...

Not happy with front desk

Note: Do not try to send any faxes to this hotel! Apparently, the concept is too much for them to grasp! Front desk is completely disorganized! I called to find out the room # to address the fax to and was given the incorrect #. Although my fax had his name as well as the incorrect room number, they didn't deliver any of the 4 faxes. On a positive note, alright way to save some $. Wouldn't spend entire trip here though.

Advertising Mis-leading

On recent visit, upon check-in was informed that they had changed my my room to something else. (1 king, to 2 double). When taken to the room, the lights did not work, the carpeting was stained, tile peeling from walls in bathroom. After demanding that they correct their error, the next room was better but not to the caliber advertised. The bar and resturant areas were a 1/3 the size advertised with a limited menu. We will not be back.
