WENT AND BOOKED IN , RESEPTION AREA WAS NICE SO I THOUGHT SO WILL BE THE ROOMS . WHEN I GOT INTO THE ROOM IT WAS DISCUSTING . DIRTY CARPETS AND TOILET . THEY CHARGED ME 16000RS . I WENT AND COMPLAINED AND DIDNT GET A REFUND . SO I DECIDED TO LEAVE . WENT TO THE PC HOTEL JUST ROUND THE CORNER ON MALL ROAD AND PAID 12000RS AND GOT A BEUTIFULL ROOM AND IT WAS A GREAT STAY . DONT USE THIS HOTEL ITS A TOTAL RIPPOFF AND NOT WORTH IT .

be cautious when you stay there. one of my tailor-made linen white shirt was missing, so was a bottle of beer in the fridge (only foreigners are allowed to purchase beer), a box of Oreo cookies, etc..

Our family stayed there once, and I don't think we will stay there again. The rooms smelt of mold and the beds and blankets were damp. We requested a room change and the new room was the same. Food and service was OK. Nothing great....

this was the most disgusting hotel i've ever stayed in. the room was dirty (a chicken bone was on the carpet!!), the bathroom was dirty, and it smelled. even after we complained to front desk, the chicken bone was still there. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

Pathetic ,discourtious and nasty staff. I got my room booked in the hotel one night before my arrival but when i reached their with my family no room was ready and i have to wait for more than thirty mins for the room.

I liked the room I stayed in because the beds were comfy.I think that the restauraunt which is caled Fawad resturaunt.I also enjoyed the food for the breakfast.I hate the bathroom becausr there was no bucket th ere and i hate the sound of this fan.I LIKED ROOM THREE AND EIGHTEEN.
