FYI - Learmonth Hotel changed hands in March 07. It's no longer part of the Swallow Group. We paid GBP42/night inc breakfast. All amenities and services were great. Location is 3 mins drive by cab or 10 min walk to the city. No complaints whatsoever. No adverse findings during our stay. I should mention this location is not for persons looking for luxury. But the rates should indicate that factor quite clearly.
