Stayed three different winters and each was worse, Most rental units are run down and dirty, Managment changed every year. Building is old and in very poor condition. Elevators rarely work. Do yourself a favor and go on down the street. ....Sad because the location is great.

We stayed in unit 305 3bedroom 3 bath with a great view of the gulf,on the 3rd floor with gym,tennis courts.This unit is totally remodled,very nice.Has a large balcony and 2 pools.Can't wait to go back.

It just doesn't get any better. Stayed in unit 1004. Absolutely beautiful unit with a drop dead view. Glass wall with sliding doors onto a huge balcony. Morning coffee watching the sunrise, cocktails watching the sunset over the Laguna Madre. The Gulf is an easy nine iron shot from the balcony, the beach is just a pitching wedge away. ...

We stayed in unit 706, and booked this comfortable, well furnished condo for next year!!! The balcony view of the sun rising over the gulf is special, as is the sun setting over the Laguna Madre from the bay balcony. Jimmy Buffett and happy hour a step out our front door--life is good on S. Padre!!

We stayed in Unit 203 and I would highly recommend it. The entire place was absolutely gorgeous. Looked like it had been professionally decorated. Right on the gulf with a wonderful view. The condo amenities are quite nice. It has everything you need for a home away from home.

I thought I made a reservation with a lady that took my cc but did not make a reservation for me. I had 3 separate conversations with this property to discuss whether the bedroom sliding door opened up to the beach and each time they assured me that it--even when we checked in they stated that we would love the sound at night. What's not to like? Great place to take a family. Great access to gulf, pool is warm, other guest were child friendly.
