We stood at the flagship with kids. the arcade room was fun for the kids, the activities center was perfect and clean with BOARD GAMES,arts and crafts, and movies for kids. Recently stayed at the Flagship Resort over the New Year holiday and it was a nightmare experience! Terribly rude and uncaring staff from time we arrived. We should have booked something closer to the casinos. Something to consider when deciding where to stay. But even if that wasn't a consideration, we wouldn't go back. The room was clean, but our experience with the staff was that they were generally unfriendly.

It was the furthest hotel from the casinos. Two out of four elevators were broken down, we waited for 30 minutes and still couldn't get on one, we walked up 19 floors with our luggage. Two dead birds on the balcony. The balcony door wouldn't lock, leaving our valuables unsafe. No hot water or shower pressure. Staff is disrespectful and uncaring when we complained. Don't waste your time here.

Perfect location. Clean room and well stocked. However, the large balcony was covered with pidgeon excrement. I mean everywhere!

When you are going down from a high level the buttons shut off when you are almost on the group level and resets itself and goes back up. This was the second time in as many years that we stayed the Flagship. We found the rooms to be clean, and comfortable. The kitchen setup met our special needs very nicely. It was well set up with all the utensils, pots, pans etc., that we needed. We enjoy the view from the balcony. Very nice eating some of our meals outside.

This facility is ideal for coupls as well as families. The flagship receives our unqualified recommendation.
