I have stayed and many mid priced hotels over the years and this was just awful. the room was a non smoking room but smelled like smoke. the walls had spills and splashes everywhere!! the room just was overall dirty! the sheets were fresh but had stains from who knows what.

i certainly will not stay again. there are many hotels in the area.

We stayed here once a few months ago and will probably be going again. It's not the best place, but it's good for the price. The pool/jacuzzi is beautiful. The rooms could be nicer. Not really any complaints, it's pretty quiet even being right off of 301. I would recommend it.
