We stayed three days while visiting Disney. Rooms were spacious and kept clean. Only about a 10 minute drive to Disney. My biggest problem was that it was near an airport and the planes were a little noisy at times but it wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay there again.

This is not a bad place to stay.
You may not like the rooms in the reception block.Pool side rooms are the best.

Service was good.Pool is open till 11 pm. Many good restaurants in the neighbourhood. One straight road to Disney World.

You may not like the floor in the corridors...May be they kept it since it gives and Antique look.No restaurants in the hotel.

The customer service was awful from front desk to housekeeping not customer friendly at all. Our room was not cleaned during our stay and there were roaches in our room. But the price was acceptable for the room size. No microwave & fridge as advertised. Hotel appearance was good and the room was clean when we arrived.

We liked everything about this hotel, the service, the location, etc. The rooms were very clean and plenty of room. We like the set up of the room, microwave, frige. The location is perfect for shopping,dinning, and site seeing.
