We loved the Enchantment Resort. Our stay there was absolutely perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. From the moment we arrived they began to assist us in even the smallest of details. .. including sending complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to out room in celebration of our honeymoon.We loved the resort. We can not wait to go back.

tried to go to the restaurant and guard at the gate was not very nice. waited 5 minutes whiel he called the restaurant and they siad no because we were not guests....strange as they had an ad in the local paper promoting their dining.

I just returned from my second trip to Sedona and the Enchantment. Can't get enough of the area. Service was great and the rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms were large and very nice. The Enchantment is a ways off the main street but the surroundings are breathtaking. Ask for a room away from the employee parking lot, it can be noisy most of the night. The Spa is nice also.

This Hotel was the best! It had an exclusive feel without being stuffy or snobby. The views ans rooms are exceptional and the amenities are endless. I especially liked the fact that it was family friendly and the breakfast is to die for.
