I didn't realize the 3:00 P.M. check-in time when I reserved the room. We had a wedding to attend at 1:00 p.m. and needed a place to change from our travelling clothes. I called to see if we could check in about 10:00 a.m. and they graciously agreed to give us a room at that time. The room was very clean and quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay there again if our travels take us that way.

I contacted the manager by email before arriving and she reserved a room with firm beds and an early arrival time. Contrary to a previous review, all the beds are new. The room was clean and very quiet and the hotel is conveneintly located just off I-225. It's only 20 minutes to the airport, without traffic.

I really liked the Crestwood Suites. It was very convenient to all of the places I needed to visit while in town. It was extremely clean, quiet, and had everything necessary for a short stay. The convenience of having the kitchen was a great bonus for the nights when I didn't want to eat out. I would edefinitely stay here again. The one thing I would improve upon are the beds. They were way too firm for me.

Our non smoking room had a heavy smell of tobacco smoke, as if they had taken the ash trays out of a smoking room and called it non smoking. When I complained about it the next morning, I got an derisive comment at the front desk "Well, did it make you throw up?" The beds are also hard as a rock.
