We also did a last minute trip in April for our kids on spring break. My family my brother and his family and my parents all went. The pools were great the staff was pleasant. We had a such a great time we are going again in August right before school starts.

No check in until after 4...staff was absolutley the worst I have ever experienced. No maid service and I was told it was because they were overbooked and needed to ready the rooms for check in. I guess once you are there they could not care less. Never wrote a review before but had to after staying at this horrible hotel.
