    beds are awesome!!! workers really nice and friendly. we did not have a res. just stopped after driving for 10 hours and no problem with getting a room and priced right..

    We stayed in the King- Jacuzzi Suite in August. The jacuzzi was disgusting. The fixtures were all broken off hte wall. I had to take a cold shower because the knob was broken off the control. The desk came to the room and could not help us. They offered us a 20% discount. Not worth a cold shower. I have not been able to contact anyone at Holiday Inn Express or Holiday INN to lodge the complaint.
