Don't Stay here - Health RisksWe stayed here on a recent trip to visit COSI. We are Hilton reward members and love the Hilton Brand. Our biggest reason for choosing this hotel was it had a pool and was on our way home from COSI. GM R Shanks is terribly rude....This guy should not run a hotel...Extremely Rude. It appears from the more recent visits that he still remains to be rude. I never could understand the type...OVERALL

Nice HotelI was in town for a business training meeting and the hotel was very nice. They did a great job with our week long meeting. The staff were great as well as the food at breakfast and lunch each day. We already reserved meeting space for next spring at this hotel for one reason, the service. Enjoyed my stay!The Hilton Garden Inn in Grove City had an extremely wonderful and welcoming staff. The staff made me feel part of the family as I was in town for business. The rooms were freshly clean as I came "home" from a day full of meetings. Great HotelOur family had a wonderful stay. Although the hotel was going under renovation when we stayed, the hotel was very clean and we were very impressed on how the staff helped with our future travel plans. Terrible hotelHalf the hotel is closed because it flooded, and there is an awful smell about the place. Repair men going in and out of rooms and making all kinds of noise early in the morning. With all this and we had to pay $120 to sleep there! Then we had to pay for our breakfast too! The staff was rude, and after meeting the manager I can understand why, when they see him being rude and talking down to guests, they feel they can do the same.
