The personnel were all terrific and so very helpful! We were so impressed with the thoughtful amenities and all of the locations cleanliness. We took 50th Anniversary guests and they were too very impressed. The breakfast was great and we will surely return anytime we stay in the Shreveport Area --- A real Five-Star location! Wanda D. The staff was polite, but totally uniformed. I was put in a room that had a problem with mold. The cleaning lady told me that she had noticed it upon cleaning for several months.
