everything was perfect, especially the people there were very nice. They also helped us when we needed directions to go to downtown. The maids gave us what we wanted. I just think this place was mostly for a relax place; however, its a family place for the attractions. It was closed to many things such as imax, tenn aquarium, lookout mountain, ruby falls, and rock city, and it was closed to my families house.
