I have stayed there before and loved the place, however I tried to make reservations for a business trip and the person taking the reservation was extremely confused! She didn't know what they had or if they had lan connections or wireless only. She then told me that it would probably be better if I just drove up and tried to get a room!

This hotel is perfect for a business traveler as myself. The rooms are huge, and very nicely furnished, and clean. There are a lot of options for restaurants and nightlife nearby. Will stay here everytime I visit Addison. It's better than some high-end hotels I have stayed at before.

I have stayed here on many occasions when I have visited Addison. The rooms are always very clean and the beds are so very comfortable. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and the manager that I have met was nothing like the one described in another review on here.

the rooms were very clean and very big. the location was outstanding. there are numerous restaurants and the mall is also nearby. the tvs in the rooms were also awesome. i've never stayed at a hotel with such large tvs.
