This was by far the absolute worst hotel stay my family has ever encountered! This hotel was no where near worth $200 a night! When we arrived in our room there was a dirty rag on the bed. Also someone's hair tie was laying on the dresser. Did not like anything to do with this hotel,the location,and especially we did not like the STAFF at the front desk.The staff was VERY VERY RUDE.Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.And the staff should be fired as soon as possible.

This hotel is horrible. The service was terrible and they were SOOO RUDE. Had reservations walked in stayed less than 5 mins and decided to find a new hotel. This really is the most horrible place to stay in Gulf Shores. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

The smoke alarm went off at 5:00am on the Friday morning we were there. There was no employee telling any guests what to do. After we walked down the hall, we were told that someone had burnt toast in the breakfast room and that made the smoke detector go off. Then thiry minutes later...the fire truck arrived....
