I could not believe it , unfortunately this was a last minute check in for me and it was late , however , the bed was infested with bed bugs , the refrigerator was broken so there was a loud bang coming from it all night long, the curtain the shower was dirty , the bathroom door had a large gash in it . i requested a discount or refund and was told no by the manager ..NEVER AGAIN !!

This is an older hotel, if you are looking for something fancy, this is not it. However...we found it very clean, the staff in the office helpful and the cleaning staff friendly and eager to provide extra towels,etc. That is why we rated it high.
The food area was set up nicely, clean and provided a nice area to enjoy your breakfast and the paper.

The hotel door would not lock or the window. The room was dirty and musty smelling. The underground parking was dirty and dark. I felt very unsafe and didn't want to leave the car. We called and cancelled the resv and check into another hotel down the way that was much better and about the same cost...
