This hotel was horrible, the beds were lumpy,the staff was rude, when we asked for towels they told us they didn't have any. What the heck? Your a hotel...... They forgot to clean our room one day. I wouldn't reccomend this place to a dog

Saw two small spiders the night we checked in - one by the day, which I trapped with tp in the reducer strip at the door. The other one was in the AC unit control lid. we called front desk several times and it was'nt taken care of.

Dirty refrigerator, sorry service, no cared about any complaint. Much nicer places to stay for the money - your car is better than this place. Complained to corporate too but did no good - they don't care WHO owns franchises! Don't waste your money on this one!

Got out of shower to find no bath towels in room. Had to use hand towels to dry off. Went to desk and asked for towels--it was a 20 minute wait with wet hair and then had to sign for towels as though I was adopting someone's child. Ironing board was broken.
