the radisson hotel was immaculate. we went on holiday on the 11th dec 2007 and have just arrived back .we have had a lovely holiday and would recommend this hotel to anyone that wishes to have a relaxing holiday.the staff are excellent and the rooms very spacious and clean.the food is typical all inclusive,but you are in a different country and cannot expect english fish and chips!!would not hesitate to return to this hotel

The place itself is like paradise. The staff very helpful, friendly and kind. However a word of warning about the manager(s). She was extremely unhelpful when we made a complaint, and the Hotel manager himself, was rude, obnoxious when we tried to take this complaint further.

We stayed at the radisson in august 2006 and it was extremely hot mid heatwave.
Hotel looked just like the brochure a tropical paradise the room was fantastic with swans made out of towels everymorning.
The food was good but we ate in the ala carte restaurant every evening as it was less crowded and more relaxing.

The hotel is very clean, staff can be a little ignorant but overall ok, the food was not 5 star, warm at best. The room service was excellent, tip, make sure you order room service on arrival, no food or drink was offered early morning.
The pool bar was good, yet only 1 bar staff working, so a bit slow to serve. This applied to all areas of the waiter service's. I found a tip goes a long way to getting more attention from staff ?
