Our room was situated over Downtown Disney right above the walkway into the hotel between Libby Lu and Sephora.

We had a terrific view of the fireworks from our balcony and were able to listen to the musicians who played just to the right of our room in the evenings.

This was our 3rd stay. Service is always top notch. They have new 'spa' soaps and shampoos which are scented like the forest. Beds very comfy. Coffee maker which is not always a given in good hotels. You can get reasonable food at the deli. Something new for handicapped people -- they will rent the motorized scooters for $5 per day more ...

We recently stayed at the Grand Californian hotel in Disneyland and after paying top dollar for what we thought to be a top notch hotel,came home covered in bed bug bites. We won't be staying there again.

Disney's legendary attention to detail is exemplified by the architecture and theming of this hotel. Every nuance of the hotel is designed to complement the slightly over sized Californian lodge. Having visited one in Yosemite the week before I was massively impressed with the interpretation the architect created and the consistency of the theming. I would love to go back.

Just loved it! Brought the kids, will go again soon! Great service, the kids loved the cartoons in the lobby, believe me, it's worth the price. Simply magical!
