    Location to the parks,shops,dinning.
    Guest services were excellent, super service with SMILES.
    Birthday gesture greatly appreciated.
    Splash Moutain, Haunted House, Etc, were great
    Favorite was Soaring California (6 Times)

    The price is a bit steep, but for convenience when traveling with small children (5, 2, and 11 months)the hotel could not have been better. The entrance into California Adventure was a nice feature, as was the proximity to Downtown Disney.
    The rooms were superbly outfitted for families, we had one with a queen bed and the bunk/trundle ...

    I have never had quite the experience in a grand hotel like this one. It actually took awhile to "sink in:" that I was being treated so well. The staff, from the concierge, the front desk receptionist, housekeeping, food service, and tour guide were all well versed, friendly, and very accomodating. They were exceptionally well trained. ...

  • Great Dinning Experience At Napa Rose

    This was by far one of the best dinning experiences that I have had, and I have been to a lot of top notch establishments.

    The service was very impressive and the food presentation matached the taste, which was outstanding.

    I would easily recommend this restaurant to anyone in the O.C area.

    We stayed for the weekend at Disney's Grand Californian and had a great time. We enjoyed the pools, the character dinning where the kids got autographs and the convenient location to Downtown Disney and California Adventure.

  • Best Stay in Anaheim

    This was a lovely hotel. As parents we enjoyed ourselves! We loved the ambiance and the splendor of the Hotel. It was comfortable and sooo accessable to both Disney parks. But best of all it was very kid friendly. My kids enjoyed everything about it, especially the pool! Worth every penny!

    I can't wait to go back!
    It might be exspensive but it was worth it.The beds were comfortable, the view was nice.
    It was perfect!My family loved it
    especially my sister. We can't wait to go back. It's a great hotel!

    We just came back from a wonderful vacation at Disney's 50th celebration. Oh and what a celebration it was. What made our trip even more remarkable was staying at the Disney's Grand California Hotel. The service, the staff, the location was so perfect.
