found tiny ants in the kitchen. smelled badly in the lobby. old coffee left in coffee maker. found a dirty tissue on the floor. no heated indoor pool or outdoor pool to cold to swim. there were stains on carpet,walls,sheets and pillows. slippery shower. there were spiders in the bathroom. there was a huge wet dirty spot in the hallway. hookerson the elevator. bad customer service. i wouldn't stay here again.

I am a conference coordinator and "detail" person, so I supply the
prospective site with more than enough information to give me a proposal and they know what we expect. This had to be the worse
experience of my 14 years of dealing with hotels all over the South.

My room was lovely and the bathroom was smaller than I expected, but it was clean. I didn't like that they want $10 extra to use interenet. It's not a cheap hotel, Wi/Fi should be free. I own and operate a small B&B, and I have free internet!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay with the most friendly staff,and great food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms are incredibly unsanitary. The bathroom had not been cleaned in some time. It took a week and a half to get a moldy shower curtain replaced; it took 2 weeks and many complaints before the ice machine was fixed; the typical room cleaning consisted of emptying the trash cans and making the bed. Stayed at the Sheraton Baton Rouge from 05/06 to 05/08. This hotel is wonderful. Very courteous staff. Shuttle to and from the airport was nice.
