Our room with the king bed and a whirlpool was okay. The whirlpool would not work and the outlets in the bathroom would not keep things plug in. Other then that, the room was fine. I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

This a is a 5 star hotel that offers excellent service,they have a complimentary shuttle bus that takes you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. It has a nice pool, jacuzzi, gym and a very good complimentary breakfast. The rooms are kept so nice and clean and I would recommend this hotel for anyone in uptown charlotte area.

Very clean, comfortable bed, idea location to Bobcat Arena and Bank of America Stadium, continental breakfast, free parking and shuttle van! Indoor pool and whirpool and fitness room!! All the comforts of home!! We will be back!!

Had a fantastic time everyone was so nice the room was clean as a pin we ask for extra towels and got them with a smile they cleaned the room even thought it did'nt need it.

my experience was great. the employees made sure we were comfortable. friendly atmosphere. other guest were quiet and respectful. plus, the room was squeeky clean, no complaints!

The service was wonderful,can't wait to visit agian. My room was comfortable, so I was able to relax like I was at home. The convenience of the location was on target, allowing me to get to and from with the best of ease, and Iam greatful for that. Clean room, prompt service, friendly staff. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Also liked the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Overall great time.
