I received an email a few weeks before I was due to travel to the resort. She was checking to see what they could do to make our stay "exceptional". I wasn't even there yet and they were already planning for me!!! Marti Wieschowski was amazing to work with.
She took care of every detail of our stay. I have never seen a better example ...
