My dad works in this hotel and it is a good hotel to be in. I know some reviews might have been bad and some goods and here is mine,I love me dad's hotel and it's staff and everything is what you expect in a hotel

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I was married at this hotel and everybody on the staff went the extra mile on every detail of the event. As you would come to expect, the service at the Four Seasons is unsurpassed, but also extremely personal and down to earth - not snooty at all. The valets, concierge staff, waiters, Maitre D's and clerks are all friendly and eager to help. ...

The San Francisco Four Seasons Hotel and its "signature" restaurant, The Seasons, is the biggest disappointment for anybody who loves this city.

The restaurant competes with the most bland food, slow service, and antiquanted design with the worst this city has to offer. What a major, major disappointment and what an insult to this fine, beautiful city.

I stayed over a long weekend. You can't beat the Four Seasons Service. I had a faulty hair dryer and they had a new to my room within minutes. The staff was always very cordial and willing to help in any way. I thoroughly enjoy my stay.

Staying at the Four Season SF was my dream trip. Everything was first-class, yet comfortable and friendly. Perfect location, perfect amenities, incredible gym. Ultra special.
